Joshua working on Jordan's Infiniti car. We had paid another mechanic to change the engine and lost lots of money. That 1st mechanic returned the car in a 1000 pieces, with many pieces missing or broken! Joshua was able to repair it and it got Jordan to BYU. Joshua replaced almost everything on the silly car!

We picked Joshua up from his Mission in Los Angeles.
He served his 1st year in the New York South Mission and his 2nd year in the Los Angeles Mission.
Joshua and his twin brother Jason served their missions at the same time, but in different missions in New York.
This is Joshua and Jason at the MTC in Provo, Utah preparing for their missions. Joshua is on the right. Joshua looks
very much like a photo of his grandfather, Wilford Gurr, Jr., when he served his mission
in 1941 in Hawaii. Grandpa Gurr was on his mission in Hawaii when Pearl Harbor was
bombed by the Japanese that started WWII for the Americans.

Joshua and twin brother, Jason receiving their Eagle Scout award. Their Eagle was awarded to them by The Speaker of House of Representatives for Arizona, Mark Killian. As a gift he also awarded them each a huge flag that he had flown for several days on the flag-pole of the USS Arizona that was sunk in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii by the Japanese in 1941. The flag-pole from this ship is at our state capitol in Phoenix, Arizona.
